近日，根据省委、省政府对未来社区建设和数字化改革的部署要求，省卫健委先后印发了《老年人和慢性病数字健康服务新工作方案》、《未来社区健康场景建设方案》等。为未来社区卫生场景定义了顶层设计理念和建设计划，未来将在多个社区陆续进行推广。
