签约名单报上去只是开头。真正卡基层考核的，是后面每一次随访——血压量没量、血糖准不准、记录回没回平台。

The list of signed contracts is just the beginning. The real obstacle to grassroots assessment is every follow-up visit afterwards - whether the blood pressure is not measured, whether the blood sugar is accurate, and whether the records are returned to the platform.

Don't be fooled by the saying 'can test twenty items' when choosing a device. First, focus on the five essential items: blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen, electrocardiogram, body temperature, and then add ID card recognition and data direct transmission to the public health platform. Without regional platform integration, even if the functionality is fancy, it becomes a decoration.

实操三个细节最吃功夫：

The three details that require the most effort in practical operation are:

首次建档先同步老档案，别让同一个人出现两条记录；

Synchronize old files for the first time to avoid having two records for the same person;

异常值现场复测一次，系统留原值+复测值，考核经得起翻；

On site retesting of outliers, the system retains the original value and retested value, and the assessment can withstand flipping;

电池、校准、备件响应要写进维保，下乡半天文不了一事无成。

Batteries, calibration, and spare parts response should be included in maintenance, and going to the countryside for half a day will not achieve anything.

冷知识：随访不是“填表打卡”，而是把居民健康变化变成连续曲线。同一个人三个月血压走势，比单次数字更能判断该不该调药、该不该转诊。

Cold knowledge: Follow up is not about "filling out forms and clocking in", but about turning changes in residents' health into a continuous curve. The three-month blood pressure trend of the same person can better determine whether medication adjustment and referral should be made than a single number.

好设备不抢戏，它只干一件事：让医生把时间还给病人，让档案里每一行都真发生过。

A good device doesn't steal the show, it only does one thing: to make doctors give time back to patients, and to make every line in the file really happen.
